1. He Gu

Join the thumb and forefinger, find the highest point of the muscle that comes out and press in a circular massage for five seconds. This point is used to relieve neck and face pain, headaches and to eradicate stress.

2. Jian Jing

5. Zu San Li

Zu San Li body technique

This point should be stimulated frequently to encourage health and longevity. This technique also helps treat gastrointestinal problems, nausea and vomiting.
