After finally lost in a context with Samsung, Apple took the second attack. German Court today took a decision in which all devices besides iPhone iPhone 4s, and both generations of 3G versions of iPad illegal use Motorolas patents related to GPRS technology.
This decision gave Motorolas ability to seek a ban on sales of equipment and contested in Germany.
4S iPhone is not included with this decision, because at the time of departure of the lawsuit, which is April 2011, he did not exist, while Apple is expected to file an appeal on this decision.
