Silently, Nokia launched a cheaper Lumia

The company introduced the  Model 510  to its line of smartphones for  emerging markets . November to arrive in  Latin America  and cost about $ 200

The announcement of the  Lumia 510  was made through the blog  Conversations  of the Finnish manufacturer. This is a  new model line of smart phones  that Nokia plans to recover in the cellular market.

The device has a  4-inch screen , a size “ideal” to watch videos and pictures and surf the internet. It has an autofocus camera  of 5 megapixels . The images can be saved in Microsoft SkyDrive, where users will have 7 GB of free storage.

The Lumia 510 also has the operating system  Windows Phone  Mango in version 7.5 and has an application in  Internet Explorer 9  as browser . A new feature introduced  Nokia Maps, Drive and Transport .

The sale would begin  from November  in India and China, among other countries in Asia, and in  most countries of Latin America . The approximate cost would be  $ 199 , according to the company blog.

The presentation of the phone, available in five colors (red, yellow, turquoise, white and black), was made the same that gives Apple decided to launch its iPad mini ,  among other gadgets.

It was also announced hours before Microsoft officially launched Windows 8 , which will improve the mobile operating system of the company founded by Bill Gates.
